Check these, in this order:

• Lullabee may set alarms: open the iPhone Settings app, tap Apps, then Lullabee, and check that Alarms is switched on.
• The alarm is switched on in Lullabee, at the right time and on the right days.
• Your iPhone is on and has battery. Lullabee doesn't need to be open: alarms ring even when the app is closed, the phone is locked, on silent or in a Focus.
• The alarm volume: Lullabee alarms play at your iPhone's alarm volume.

For a very important wake-up (a flight, an exam), we suggest setting a second alarm as a backup, as you would with any alarm clock.

A tiny game that switches your alarm off, so you're properly awake. Shake Bee awake is free; Honey hunt, Follow Bee, Honey sums and Cloud sweep come with Premium. You choose per alarm: open an alarm and switch on Wake-up game, then pick a game or a surprise. During setup you can switch them on for your first alarms.

Open the Sounds tab and tap “Add your own ringtone”. Choose an audio file from the Files app (for example MP3, M4A or WAV). Lullabee uses the first 30 seconds. Only use audio you have the right to use.

Collect free honey every day on the Alarms tab (1 a day, or 2 with Premium), or get a honey pack in the honey shop by tapping your honey counter. Honey is used only inside Lullabee, for Bee's wardrobe.

Premium adds every wake-up game, 10 extra songs, weekly sleep insights, the Premium and seasonal wardrobe, unlimited routine steps, and 2 honey a day with bonus tricks. It costs €4.99 a month or €29.99 a year in the euro area; the App Store shows the price in your country before you buy.

The yearly plan comes with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and your Apple Account is charged. You can cancel anytime during the trial and keep using it until the trial ends.

Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Lullabee. You can also tap “Manage subscription” at the bottom of the My sleep tab in Lullabee. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next payment date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Tap “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen, or at the bottom of the My sleep tab. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Yes. Alarms, games, routines, breathing, the sleep plan and Bee's wardrobe all work offline. Buying or restoring purchases needs a connection.

iPhone with iOS 26 or later, including iPhone Duo. On iPad, Lullabee runs as an iPhone app. Lullabee is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese, and follows your iPhone's language.

Only if you allow it, and only to read your sleep for the weekly charts. Lullabee never writes to Apple Health, and your Health data never leaves your iPhone. You can turn access off anytime in the Health app (Sharing › Apps › Lullabee).

No. Lullabee offers friendly sleep tips, not medical advice, and it is not a medical device. If sleep problems affect your daily life, please talk to a doctor or a sleep specialist.

Your Lullabee data is stored on your iPhone, and deleting the app removes it. One small backup (your honey and Bee's wardrobe) is kept in your own iCloud so you don't lose it; you can delete it in the iPhone Settings app under your name › iCloud. We don't have any of your data, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
