Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using the Lullabee: Cute Alarm Clock app (“Lullabee”), made by Goodglow (“we”, “us”), the business of Philip Bakker in Amstelveen, the Netherlands.

The short version

Lullabee is a cute alarm clock with friendly sleep tips, not a medical app. Premium is a subscription through Apple that renews until you cancel. Honey is for Bee's wardrobe and has no money value.

1. Apple's license agreement

Lullabee is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add details about Lullabee. If anything here conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.

2. What Lullabee is, and isn't

Lullabee is an alarm clock with a sleep plan, routines, breathing exercises and weekly insights. Its tips and charts are general wellbeing information, not medical advice, and Lullabee is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If sleep problems affect your daily life, please talk to a doctor or a sleep specialist. Do the breathing exercises gently and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell.

3. Alarms

Lullabee alarms use your iPhone's own alarm system, so they also ring when the app is closed, your iPhone is locked, on silent or in a Focus. An alarm can still fail to ring if your iPhone is switched off or out of battery, if alarm permission is turned off in Settings, or because of a problem with iOS. For important wake-ups, we recommend a second alarm as a backup.

6. Your own content

Things you add, such as brain dumps, routine steps and your own ringtones, stay on your iPhone and belong to you. Only add audio files you have the right to use.

7. Our content

Bee, Lullabee's artwork, music, texts and design belong to Goodglow. You may use them inside the app for your own personal use. Please don't copy, sell or redistribute them.

8. Changes to Lullabee and these terms

We keep improving Lullabee, so features can change over time. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Changes never take away a subscription period you have already paid for.

9. Liability

We make Lullabee with care, but we can't promise it will always work without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, Goodglow is not liable for indirect damage, such as a missed appointment because an alarm did not ring. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
